I've got this movie on a Something Weird DVD. Fun fact: The opening credits were animated by a young (and presumably starving) Terry Gilliam before he moved to England and made history with Monty Python. The movie's worth it just for that, if you can find it.

The whole thing was shot silent on 16mm B&W film, with dialogue dubbed in later; typically, characters only speak when off-camera, so it's nothing but reaction shots. It's basically a nudie-cutie with a lame serial killer plot tacked on. At the very end it turns into a "wacky" 60s movia a la The Monkees' Head. I think it's OOP now.
