Kiss Me Quick/House on Bare Mountain

A few weeks ago Something Weird Video sent me a real Halloween treat in the mail. A wayout double creature feature DVD with lots of nudie kutie's and monsters from the 60's, Kiss Me Quick and House on Bare Mountain. If you dig monsters, mad-doctors and cute half naked girls than this is the dvd for you. The DVD also features some short strip tease films, and a gallery of nudie kutie movie posters from a time where things were a bit more innocent.

To purchase this and other fine monster a go-go and nudie kutie films visit
Something Weird Video.

Elvira and her pumpkins

Here's a eye-popping photo of The Mistress of the Dark herself, Elvira.

Kooky Spooks Custome Kit

Here are some photo's I found online of the trick-or-treating costumes with the giant blow-up monster heads from the 80's called "Kooky Spooks". I really dig the one of the two little girls ready for some trick-or-treating. I remember every Oct. bugging my mummy to buy me one, but she instead would hand make my costumes every year....not that I'm complaining, since they always rocked the graveyard.

Jaycees Haunted House spot

It's finally Halloween! So I thought it would be a real treat to post this spooky radio spot I think from the 80's of a haunted house.

The Munsters (1964)

I have many favorite spooky records collecting cobwebs in my vaults, but by far 1964's 'The Munsters" is the one I dig the most for obvious reasons. It contains some of the koolest monster surf songs from that era such as; "Munster Creep", "Frankenstein had a Hot Rod Car" and many, many more graveyard rockin' songs!

Bloodcurdling! Terror! Horror! Sounds to make you Shiver! (1974)

Well trick-or-treater's! Halloween is right around the tombstone, so in honor of it here's a spooky record for all you ghastly ghosts and goblins to scream-along with in your old haunted house. I aquired this gruesome goodie from a witch doctor friend of mine a few years back, who sold it to me for a bag of chicken bones and a shruken head. And now for your downloading enjoyment I bring you Pickwick's Bloodcurdling! Terror! Horror! Sounds to make you Shiver! released in 1974.
